Access can shape a cleaning visit as much as the floor plan. Tell us whether the property has visitor parking, a loading area, concierge sign-in or a specific entrance for service providers. If equipment must travel through a service elevator or between floors, include those arrangements in the discussion.

For downtown and multi-tenant properties, confirm any booking requirements, restricted delivery times or quiet hours with the authorised building contact. We use the information you provide to discuss a practical visit window and confirm availability; we do not assume that every building allows the same access.

Frequency follows the work. An office with occasional attendance may need a different routine from a busy restaurant or a heavily used residential lobby. We discuss foot traffic, washroom demand, kitchen use and the condition you need to maintain between visits.

Tell us your preferred daytime, evening or weekend window so we can assess the fit. Weather-related entrance dirt, changing occupancy and seasonal demand are useful considerations when agreeing priorities. Routine visits and periodic detail work should be described separately so the schedule remains understandable.
