This notice explains how CleanNovelle uses information submitted through this website. It applies to cleaning enquiries, proposals and our handling of client relationships.

Information you share

The quote form asks for your name, email address, city or town and the service you need. You may also provide a phone number, company or property name, preferred frequency, approximate size and notes about the space. Please do not submit alarm codes, keys, payment information or sensitive details about residents, staff or visitors.

Why we collect it

We use enquiry and client information to understand the proposed work, check service availability, contact you, prepare or discuss a cleaning proposal, and manage agreed schedules, tasks and service records. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list or book a service.

Storage and access

Enquiries, client contact details, proposal and contract drafts, and service schedules are stored in the website’s hosted database. Access to the business dashboard requires an authorized owner account. Hosting and database providers process information needed to operate the website; their infrastructure may process data outside your province or country. We do not sell enquiry information.

Enquiry emails and delivery records

When you submit an enquiry, we may send a notification containing the details you provided to our business inbox at info@cleannovelle.com and a brief receipt to your submitted email address. The receipt includes your enquiry reference and does not repeat your name or request notes. We use Hostinger Mail to process these messages. Email service infrastructure may process information outside your province or country.

We keep limited delivery records, including the recipient, message type, attempt time, provider response and message identifier, to help us spot failures and avoid duplicate messages. An email provider accepting a message does not prove that it reached an inbox. Your saved enquiry remains available to the authorized owner even when email cannot be confirmed. These service messages do not subscribe you to marketing.

Shared proposals and contract drafts

When we share a document, its private link provides access to the customer-facing details in that document until the link expires or is revoked. Anyone with the link may be able to view it, so please share it only with people involved in your cleaning arrangement. Internal costing and private business notes are not included. A draft document or review request does not by itself sign a cleaning agreement.

Website operation

The website does not include advertising pixels or a marketing analytics service added by CleanNovelle. Hosting services may process technical information such as IP addresses, request details and security logs to deliver and protect the website. The owner’s sign-in area uses the hosting platform’s authentication service. Public quote requests do not require an account.

Retention and your requests

We keep enquiry information as needed to respond, manage a resulting business relationship and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. You can contact us to ask about access, correction or deletion of your enquiry information. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
